HAPPY HOOVES THERAPEUTIC FARM

Enjoy learning about animals? Happy Hooves Therapeutic Farm in Elburn, Illinois is a fun happy place where children with all levels of ability can come and enjoy interacting with and learning about animals. We have a wide variety of farm animals for children to learn about, see and touch, such as pigs, horses, goats, bunnies, and more. We are centrally located to serve Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, Naperville, DeKalb, and the surrounding areas.

We have a lot of fun at Happy Hooves, but we also have a serious side. We are dedicated to an environment of inclusivity and engagement, where Therapists can serve their clients with animal-assisted therapies. Happy Hooves Therapeutic Farm fosters programs that aid children with all abilities!

Happy Hooves is fun for the whole family. We have a variety of programs to choose from, including field trips, lessons, summer camps, and “Barn Buddies.” We are also accepting volunteers as well as donations.

Our volunteers help us make Happy Hooves Therapeutic Farm such a welcoming place to come visit. Our volunteers have donated their time constructing a playground for our goats, plantar boxes, side walking during therapy sessions, taking care of and grooming our beloved animals, cleaning stalls, keeping our horses fit and healthy and so much more.

Throughout the year, Happy Hooves Therapeutic Farm provides events at the farm that are free to the community. We have partnered with other local charities for some of these free events. We have had Easter Egg Hunts, Story time with local authors, a visit from Santa, Christmas Parties “Claus and Critters” and Parent’s Night Out At The Farm.
